The _text_ of the OPL says > "OpenContent License", not "OpenContent Public License". There was a thread on debian-devel about a half year ago about the OPL. The conclusion was (IIRC) that it was unfinished a we should wait. Someone (I think Gordon Matzigkeit) even explained, that the GPL could be applied to documents too and why this is better than to invent a new license.
