Therefor a set is a subset of itself [1]. Therefor the "font pack" cannot be distributed at all by anyone but Microsoft, since that would constitute distributing a subset. Fortunately, this is not common meaning of 'subset'. Ask a lawyer (the author of that license, for example) what a subset is and he will tell you that if B is a subset of A then B does not include all of the elements of A. In any case, a .deb that contains the "font pack" might be called a superset of it, but not a subset.
