My experience of Germany is, they are frequent only in really central places, and maybe up to 2 € per hour (depending on competition density). | use the PCs offered there. If they would give you just an ethernet | cable - how would they track your online time? Why should that be a problem ? | So I just think, you were to the wrong places here :-) There are only 4 true wrong places in total, and i'm sure they weren't there. ;)
