Hi. Same problem here. My /sys/class/input/input2 entry disappears after resuming. I noticed these lines in dmesg output after resuming:
..... pnp: Res cnt 3 pnp: res cnt 3 pnp: Encode io pnp: Encode io pnp: Encode irq pnp: Failed to activate device 00:03. pnp: Res cnt 1 pnp: res cnt 1 pnp: Encode irq pnp: Failed to activate device 00:04. ..... I see there are similar errors in your output. I try to run lspnp after resume to see whitch the devices 00:03 and 00:04 are. Result: lspnp: /proc/bus/pnp not available This directory is missing. (At the moment I can not tell if it existed before...)
