I'm afraid smc-ircc.c is very different in 2.4.18. Anyone with a 2.2.20 around who can try this out? I'm not that familiar with the linux kernel source, so I can't tell if the changes are obvious and how this patch relates to to the 2.4.x series. But if I ever figure it out... :) Cheers, fabbe
