Can you supply any more details about this "software-matic" suspend to disk? The only thing I was able to turn up was the Software-Suspend code, by "Seasons", now maintained by Pavel Machek. This, of course, can't be the implementation you are talking about because you elided my entire post which was almost exclusively discussing that patch, right?
