the first part of the patch I do not understand, but the second part
boils down to the change
14-3-2007 => 2007-3-14
correct?
I haven't heard of this change (yet), but I can try to do some
investigation (but not before next month, sorry). If someone else on
this list has details, this would be greatly appreciated.
