Well, this is not the *Debian* l10n list for German. The lists at
li.org use the usual subsription policy : "closed".

The best is sending this to the debian-l10n-german@lists.debian.org
list, which is the localisation list for German in Debian.

Given that iso-codes is a Debian specific package, I think that having
this list listed as the Translation-Team address is probably best.
