This bug was confirmed on the kernel bug tracker. See this post for explanation : http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15238 . In fact, this is not an oops but the problem is the kerneloops system confuses WARNING to WARN() and raise a "wrong" OOPs window.
