Thanks, it's solved now. I couldn't adjust the aperture memory hole because my motherboard's bios didn't had the option. But i have found that pressing ctrl+F1 enables advanced options in the bios setup allowing me to change it. I thought that was a bug because i didn't had this problem with 64bit Ubuntu 9.04.
