Please include the output of /proc/version, it is difficult to map this back to an actual kernel version. But.. it looks like you might be running something before 2.6.26-16, whcich was built on Jun 10? 2.6.26-16 and later includes a fix for soft lockups during raid resync if multiple md devices share the same underlying block device.
