Dear Maintainer,

The Debian 11 system suddenly freezes. I had this problem on the Debian 10
system as well.
It usually occurs when the computer camera is active or while watching a video.
I have rarely encountered this problem at system startup.
When I try to open the syslog and kern.log files in a txt file, I get a warning
that the file contains invalid characters.
It looks like "\ 00 \ 00 \ 00 \ 00 \ 00 \ 00 \"
