Package: kernel-source-2.6.7
Version: 2.6.7-2
Severity: important

During compilation (with make-kpkg) I got this error:

  GEN .version
  CHK include/linux/compile.h
  UPD include/linux/compile.h
  CC init/version.o
  LD init/built-in.o
  LD .tmp_vmlinux1

make[1]: *** [.tmp_vmlinux1] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/kernel-source-2.6.7'
make: *** [stamp-build] Error 2

I don't know if I lak some required packages, but with kernel-source-2.6.6 all
went well, and I used oldconfig to generate .config.
The make-kpkg line was:
# make-kpkg --revision 01 --config oldconfig --append-to-version -caino
kernel_image
modules_image.

If you want, I can submit also my .config.
Thanks.
