reassign 249812 kernel thanks The fairly obvious solution would be to include the prune-non-free script in kernel-patch-debian-2.6.8, and have it run by /usr/src/kernel- patches/all/2.6.8/apply/debian. We'd also have to change the description to say something like "This should be applied to a pristine Linux 2.6.8 kernel that has had non-free bits removed. Running the prune-non-free script will strip the non-free bits for you." (or add that bit to the README.Debian).
