/usr/bin/baloo_file_extractor cpu 100% and hight temperature

Hi, after a few days of upgrading to 5.70 frameworks. The CPU is 100%(one
core) and the temperature of CPU on the laptop rises from 65C to 90C. The
only fix is disable baloo.
