I found this https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=907345 After installing: libssl1.1_1.1.1~~pre9-1_amd64.deb libssl1.1_1.1.1~~pre9-1_i386.deb openssl_1.1.1~~pre9-1_amd64.deb kmail works with new libqt :)
