Thank you. I rapidly checked the values in popcons also for
- kdeaccessibility (not enough info)
- k3b
- k3b-i18n
- dragonplayer

If I correctly read the values, it shouldn't be wrong to "suggest" instead of 
"recommend" also these packages. However, as I already wrote previously, if a 
media player is considered essential I would remove dragon player recommending 
instead VLC, that is well integrated in the Plasma desktop and more popular.
