Carlos, I have done 5 installs of kde-plasma-desktop and the best thing I can tell you to do is to install 'synaptic' and check the settings in synaptic and make sure you have checked install recommends and install the highest version and then update and install/reinstall kde-plasma-desktop, call me if you need more help.
