Its not a problem of Kde, but of the kernel, Until 3.12 the problem
happens, I do'nt know if in 3.13 it's corrected .
The solution for this is :
Modify /etc/rc.local and put
echo 2000 > /sys/module/block/parameters/events_dfl_poll_msecs
