Actually there are only kolourpaint and kiconedit in kdegraphics. Now, I will let kiconedit pass because it is rather specialised. But do we really need both kolourpaint and krita? If it was like juk and amarok where there is a kind of healthy competition, then that would be good, but in this case it seems it's just wasted resources trying to reinvent the wheel.
