Taken only on debian-kde is probably bogus, but it would help KDE a lot because all other distributions modify KDE to their liking. Debian is one of the only distros that keeps KDE in the way that the projects ships the code, which is what I value debian for mostly. For KDE surveys, debian is probably one of the best platforms due to that, and you can also further elaborate on the problems that users experience with debian as a desktop system.
