When I install libqt3-dev apt wants to remove all of this:

The following packages will be REMOVED:
  kdelibs4-dev libarts1-dev libartsc0-dev libqt3-mt-dev

I've gone ahead and done that, but still get the same error when trying to 
compile anything that needs qt. I'm quite confused by all of this.
