I think it will be difficult to persuade upstream to supply KDE and KOffice i18n stuff together, since KDE and KOffice are on different release cycles. However, from the debian perspective it should certainly be feasible (although a hassle for the maintainer) to check out from KDE_3_1_BRANCH, check out from KOFFICE_1_2_BRANCH and combine the two sets of data.
