I had quite a lot of problems with these upgrading from the 3.0.5a woody debs on download.kde.org. The main problem seems to be that many sub packages have been put back into higher level ones, and there are no conflicts with, so that the old packages are not being removed (at least I was trying to use aptitude which wouldn't remove them after the packages had failed because of overlapping files - I ended up dpkg -P <old package> , sometimes with --force-depends, to get out of the loop). I think I got there in the end.
