This means that the maintainers don't have to do the fairly huge amount of work involved in transitioning KDE to the new ABI. It can simply be dropped into sid as a replacement for KDE2 without having to work on compatability or anything. Its just much easier for everyone. I think. If I'm wrong, please correct me :) *matt* - -- Such a foolish notion, that war is called devotion, when the greatest warriors are the ones who stand for peace. 02:21:01 up 15:07, 0 users, load average: 0.36, 0.32, 0.26 938 files by over 51 artists in 5.3G -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE9XvnMoVQMDIAmueURAo4UAJ9oCLmLRpNrq3ZuZ9NE/0y4wAzrQgCfTYiA auktRybwHqOyhiZK7TlcbC8= =zmGQ -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
