Hi, debian/maven.rules pins jackson-annotations to 2.14.0, so jbibtex does not build with any other version. With jackson-annotations 2.21: [ERROR] dependency: com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-annotations:jar:2.14.0 (provided) It still builds today, but this becomes serious once 2.21 is uploaded. Mapping it to 2.x fixes it. jbibtex then builds and its tests pass with both 2.14.0 and 2.21: MR_JBIBTEX Thanks, Juan
