This is a problem we take seriously, indeed. There are at least 137 LGPL jars that are needed to build Nuxeo, namely the Hibernate and JBoss jars and a few others. For instance, I see you are packaging hibernate 3.5.4.Final-5 but we're using hibernate 3.2.0.ga and 3.2.6.ga, hibernate-core, 3.3.2.GA, hibernate-annotations 3.1.0.GA, hibernate-entitymanager 3.4.0.GA, etc. So it seems you are using a version significantly higher than ours. Regarding JBoss, you seem to be aligned with JBoss AS 4.2.3, when we, OTOH, have switched 6 months ago to JBoss 5. In both cases, there is a misalignment problem for which solutions need to be devised, tested, and it will certainly take more time to do so, at which time we will probably have moved forward with a new version of Nuxeo with its new set of dependencies...
