Hi, I've applied the requested changes to the debian package, fixed some bugs and would recommend to upload it to experimental for now. Please find the updated version at http://github.com/thkoch2001/pkg-debian-solr
There're still at least two issues: - solr-jetty doesn't seem to work. I could need some help with that, since I've no idea about jetty. - The migration paths from previous versions need to be tested. Therefor it may make sense to have the package in experimental so that people could get a hand on it.
