Ok this shounds good, but some things before I'll add it to the
policy.

* Should we have a java2-compiler too?
* The java-virtual-machine should only be provided by the java2 virtual
  machine if it is (completely?) backwards compatible.
* Should we have a java1-virtual-machine?


Well that is just some questions. I'll add it to the (proposed-)policy when I
got some consensus about it and when I have had the time to fiddle
with the cvs archive for the policy. I have not yet updated it since I
took over the maintenance. :)
