I don't think the wording you suggested does any improvement; (do you think|have you ever thought) whether the people living in North- can accept it? current wording can support both in the first place, the war between Noth- and South is currently suspended just temporarily. basically we don't side with neither of yours and/or another :) -- victory no need to CC me :-)
