I'm really not sure who to contact. If DDTSS were a part of regular Debian infrastructure, I'd contact DSA:
https://dsa.debian.org/ But from what I understand, ddtp.debian.net is still special for some reason (not under debian.org). It's probably a good idea to start with contacting DSA, anyway, maybe they'll be able to point us to the right place. Regards, Ivan
