Hi all,
we just finished the last bits for the latest issue of Debian Project
News to be released Monday. We would appreciate reviews and translations.
Instructions are available on the wiki:

As usual, the last updated version is available on the publicity
Subversion repository, even via HTTP:

Thanks in advance,

Thank you Francesca and everyone. Here are my remarks:
Cyril Brulebois
announced
the third beta release of the Debian Installer 7.0.
One of the major improvements in this version of the Debian Installer is
EFI support for 64-bit PCs, which allows installation in EFI mode
instead of using the legacy BIOS. This is a first step towards
full support for UEFI Secure Boot, which is not yet present.
I don't know what UEFI Secure Boot is, but according to the release
announcement:
This does not include any support for UEFI Secure Boot — that will
come later.
This seems to contradict the last sentence quoted.
According to theBugs Search
interface of the Ultimate Debian Database, the upcoming release,
DebianWheezy, is currently affected by 464 Release-Critical bugs.
Although our source is just 4 days old, the count has already varied
quite a bit, and in the right direction - only 418 left :-)
