It doesn't seem to be anymore. At least, http://ddtp.debian.net/ddtss/index.cgi/fr is answering as expected. Please confirm whether things are OK now. From churro's log, I see that Felipe logged in as of 19:30 UTC and thus apparently did what's needed to fix the problem.
