Unfortunately you are right.

Yesterday in the afternoon the packages descriptions were accessible,
the e mail interface worked almost as quick as usual. DDTSS was down,
always timing out when trying to access it. The statistics have been
updated yesterday in the afternoon.

ddtp.debian.net shows the usual picture.
Yesterday initially ddtp.debian.net/a.html did not contain anything
before starting work equal to ~b.html ... ~z.html.

Now DDTSS and the package descriptions just return "Internal server
error".
