If you already sent a call for translation, it might be sufficient to wait
for the translations, and when you receive a translation to update the
corresponding PO file and request an update to the translator.
You can also provide a link to the up-to-date POT file, and inform
translators how they can merge their translations:
msgmerge --previous -U <their_PO_file.po> <you_POT_file.pot>
