Sylvain Cherrier has discovered a typo in the English man page,
a single line needed to be added to make-kpkg.8:

While this is small, this will change the string. What is the
best way to deal with this at this point? Shall I run po4a --previous,
and podebconf-report-po --call --nodeadline, or something else?
