Hi,
I was trying evaluate the work needed to update the release
notes to the most recent current version (curently at 1.155+)
and I realized that some texts just moved around, then were
updated and I realized that PO is better at identifying such
changes and *I* don't have to waste time to identify moving
blocks of text.

So I decided to switch to PO based translation, but I see the
generated PO file is 0t.

So my question is:

Is there a way to populate (not by hand) the po file with the
strings in the current SGML translation?
