I am suspecting it would impact packages with Build-Dep on the stuck
ones. Along with them not being replaced automagically when their
dependencies would normaly trigger a rebuild.
(I'm sorry I really have to control the time I spend on various things)

Sure, now the issue is known someone else with DD/DM privileges can take
up the fix.
