That is just because there is a newer patched version in unreleased, so
the unstable version cannot get installed.
(meaning that the patch was just for the bootstrap, and should have been
versioned ~hurd.1 rather than +hurd.1, but it's not a big deal anyway,
that'll just sort out by itself sooner or later)

Hmm, well libgd2 should be fine then.
The other two are probably worth fixing the unreleased hiccup since they
have not had version uploads since 2022.
