I am not sure if I understand. Do you mean I should create such an
issue with all informations from my previous email or do you mean I
could create such an issue but it's not necessary as the email is
enough?
An issue is easier to track, a mail in the list may easily be
forgotten. A mail in the list is good to get a quick feedback, but if
we want to track things over long term, create issues.
