The nptl/tst-create-detached test fails on hppa with a TIMEOUTFACTOR of 25. Either the timeout value for the test needs to be increased from 100 to about 500, or the test needs to be xfailed. I think we need about a factor 4 or 5 increase for the slower buildd machines.
