I don't think the problem won't be solved by buying new t- or sweatshirts with a new design. The main question is, which group of linux users we want to focus on exihibitions: professionals or geeks?

I would like to help to find a hardware sponsor. The institute I am working for buys relatively much hardware from Dell, Siemens and Sun. If you like I can ask them to sponsor the german/european debian event group. IMHO the transport of this equipment can be managed easily.
I would also propose to work on - information material like flyers, leaflets - posters - presentations for internal projects
