tuXeyes is a X toy that works like xeyes. It is licensed under the GPL but uses Qt, so it will go into contrib. The author writes in the README: "tuXeyes is a small Qt (http://www.troll.no/) program (actually my first) that displays a our beloved penguin Tux on your display.
