No, this is only a subset of what is being discussed (not just in the quote you snipped but also in the quotes above). Of course I know this procedure technically exists, that's why I added "single packages".
just because one doesn't like what we have, we still have that procedure.
I (and others) wonder if it still works. The tools on quantz famously don't.
