This looks to be at the group level (except for repos in my own namespace).

Is there some way to drill down into groups and then set preferences on
an individual repo that's not in one's own namespace?

If so, I'm not seeing it. Perhaps it's possible via the API?

I certainly do not want to set "Watch" level notifications on all repos
in the "debian" group, whereas I would like to set it on packages I
actually maintain (e.g. debian/openqa)

Defaulting to sending notifications for all repos would presumably spam
everyone with anything that happens in any repo in the debian group,
which sounds like a great way of making people hate salsa :-/

Cheers, Phil.
