Description : System service to use Nintendo joy-cons as joypads

joycond is a linux daemon which uses the evdev devices provided by
hid-nintendo (formerly known as hid-joycon) to implement joycon pairing as
default joystick devices.

It allows to use the Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons controllers as combined device
or as separated joysticks.

It also supports pairing the Nintnendo Switch Pro Controller.

Linux kernel 5.10 included support for the nintendo-hid module, so this
user space module is required in order to be able to use a single or
both joycon devices as system joystick input devices.

The project is simple enough to be maintained by myself, although I'm
open to receive collaboration from the Games team (I think that's the
more appropriate one, even though this daemon could be used for
non-gaming purposes too).
