I would type "chown 陈成 <filename>", pasting the user name from the written request or probably from /etc/passwd. Or I would ask the system administrator for a solution. I see your argument, but I'd also see that as an issue that the system administrator choosing the user names needs to solve. I's nothing that we as a distribution should solve.
