This seems like something that the trixie release notes should mention -
although quite what it should say is perhaps not yet clear. Can you file
a bug against release notes suggestiong what users should do. Presumably
people using non-systemd should install orphan-susvinit-scripts while
people using the default systemd dont need to do anything?
