Even before we get to being able to run Debian infra using free firmware, lots of the x86 servers that make up the Debian infra require proprietary software running on the CPU, mostly for managing the hardware; sensors, RAID, BMCs, fault detection and other things. -- bye, pabs https://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise
