I second the advice to strongly consider it, but it should probably be noted somewhere in this thread that team maintenance is not a panacea. While it might make it easier to get a last-minute fix uploaded, the fact that no-one feels personally responsible for a package can mean that other kinds of improvement don't get made. -- Sean Whitton
